PC Advice is run in association with Trillion Associates Ltd and is based in South Oxfordshire, providing a local service in the Reading, Oxford and Thames Valley area.

We provide a personal PC Advice service to both Home and Small Businesses users who may not otherwise have access to Information Technology (IT) expertise.

PC Advice is headed by Phil Robson.

Phil has followed a career  in computer systems across a range of major international companies both in the UK and abroad. He has a broad understanding of computing and computer systems and was the System Manager for the implementation of a large number of state-of-the-art systems both in the UK and abroad.

For the past several years Phil has been running the Trillion Associates business from our home based offices and therefore also has a wealth of experience in the problems and issues which face every small PC user. This includes an in depth understanding  of Microsoft Windows and the Microsoft Office suite of Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access and Outlook as well as the ability to impart this information in a jargon free manner.
