“Phil was extremely patient and painstakingly guided us through the different models on offer when we were trying to choose a suitable computer for our daughter to take to University with her.
He also helped us to set up and customise a second hand computer and printer for my mother's use as well as helping us upgrade to broadband.
He has a great deal of expertise but also shows a sympathetic understanding to those with less technical knowledge and less ambitious requirements than himself.
